Responsible Gaming Starts Here

Playing with us is restricted to adults – 18 years or older, or the legal age of majority in your region, whichever is higher. This rule helps ensure gaming remains safe and age-appropriate. Parents and guardians play a key role in preventing underage gaming. Tools like Net Nanny® can block gambling content and monitor online activity. Gaming should always be fun – and for the right age group. Together, we can make sure it stays that way.

One of the best ways to keep gaming fun and stress-free is by setting deposit limits. This tool lets you decide how much you want to spend. Why set limits? Manage your budget: Avoid overspending and stick to what feels comfortable. Stay balanced: Limits make sure gaming remains entertainment, not a source of stress. Setting deposit limits is quick and easy, and you can adjust them anytime. If you need help, please visit our Responsible Gaming Page under your username of the Help Centre. It’s your game, your rules – because staying in control matters.

Sometimes, the healthiest choice is to step away for a while – and that’s where self-exclusion comes in. This feature allows you to take a break from gaming for a set period, giving you time and space to refocus. How it works: You can choose a short break or a longer exclusion period. During this time, your account will be locked, and you won’t receive marketing messages. Access to games will be restricted until your chosen period ends. Self-exclusion is a smart way to regain balance if gaming starts feeling overwhelming. It’s not permanent – you can return when you’re ready. And if you need help setting it up, our support team is here to guide you every step of the way.
